my mum n dad live in spain , had various properties etc mate.

Think the going rate is about £500 a week for a good sized family villa

 

i,m going later on in the year 2 bedroom job with a comunal swimming pool just outside the back door, 5 mins from the beach in alicante cost hmmmmm.......

a mate has a 2 bed flat in Nerja he rents out £140 a week right next to the beach not a villa i know but not bad

 

Going in July 4 bed room with pool

my mate has just bought a villa in spain so im gonna go later in the year for free too

 

Stayed in one on the Algarve 3 years ago,parents,me+missus,sis+hubby+2kids,was fantastic!
Private pool,garden etc,much nicer than staying in hotel/apts. Was huge as well. Cost a canny bit tho as we went thru a travel agent...doh!

 

are they normally close to any resorts as such? dont wanna go and end up bored out of my skull with nothing to lol
