No dis Rudey - as I use them heavily, but have bent a few like that on some of the rough venues I go to.
We keep that bit standard and use offset side spacers to do the same job
Gonna be another monster

I now run more front camber at certain venues around the country making it handle much better and reduces the understeer loads. The standard S2 set up dosn't have much in the way to precisly change castor angle which is also needed when you play around with the camber settings. So its a far better set-up
Next mod we had to do was beef up the front tie bar (attatched to your ARB) as I bent them too easily too

No worries mate - like you said if someone has been there before its easier.
Its not me that is an animal but sometimes the surfaces I go on are Chucking a car sideways through pot holes does some strange things to Ford standard components. We are basically only replacing the Gp A stuff that they did back in th 80's when the Mk3 was raced and rallied as obviously most of it is no longer available.
Only pic I have with it on the car is this one.
Its made from much stronger thick walled tube (same as rear kits) and does away with that clamp efffort around the front joint (as its useless) and uses a seperate solidly mounted joint in the TCA to get rid of the rubber bushes.
What do you plan to do with your car ? If its staying on tarmac you should be fine with what you have
Coilovers are purely a personal option too With you spending soooooo much on it already it would be a shame not to, but cheap ones are useless.

If your using standard front suspension I'd try to keep the ARB. Your clamps would then need to be different to go round the thicker tie bars.
I have seen one of your video's - so know your meaning of fast road use
Get it going with what you have now and see how it feels for you..... there is then always room for more later if you feel the need.
