the fookin robbin barstewards.

went into town yesterday at lunch time as had day off and thought i would go get some grub.

parked up on the high street, behind a row of cars in a bus stop which is no longer used.

went into shop and come out a few mins later to find the wwanker was issuing a ticket I didnt even see the cunt cos he was hiding behind some other car.

Anyway i quickly jumped in and deperately hoped the pug piece of shit would start first time for once - it didnt, but eventually it did.

by this time the cunt is up to my passenger window and putting the ticke into one of those sticky ones they slap onto your screen. He looked at me about to driveaway and said "you're gonna get it anyway so you may as well take it now"

I looked at him and thought fook that so said to him "well post it to me then" and i drove off without him puttin it on my window.

DOes it mean i will get away with it as previosuly i thought the rules were that he has to put it onto your screen for it to take effect or has this changed?

yeh but back in the day i know you could drive off before they put a ticket on and you would not get anything.

but i bet they have prob realised they are losing money and quickly changed it

I did that, and ran over the traffic warden whilst trying my great escape

I ended up in court over the ticket, but got out of it.......... just

if they dont stick it onya car, theres nowt they can do afaik . Ive fooked off in the nick of time loads and got away with it. ...and i gave em the finger to!!

they have to actually put the sticker on the car for it to be valid, though he could simply say that you ripped it up....

well theres mixed opinions aboutnthis rule, the fact used to be that as it was from the old sumons type offence (when it wasnt decriminalised) ya had to eithe hand it to the driver or fit on the screen, then it was no longer a court sumons and now all they gotta do is prove ya was commiting the offence ( get tax disc serial number and expiry)and then they can post it

how ever its harder to get the offender to pay if its a vda and most councils dont issue vda's ( vehicle driven away) unless there was a reason why it wasnt given to driver or placed on windscreen ( ie; if ya threaten the warden or attempt to run him over ect)

now in saying that most wardens hate the extra paper work that comes with vda's and find it much easier to lob it in the bin, drop on floor or take home, i once had to sack a silly cunt as he was keeping em in his locker the silly cunt, 138 of em, he was the highest ticket writer in the station but i couldnt work out how he NEVER had vda's or spoils , now i know, he kept em and pretended to place on the screen

now tbh if ya do get it write a letter saying ya never commited the offence ya always park on meters and always return on time, ya never meter feed ect and ask for proof that the lying scum bag as never had a complaint of fraud ( rememver they are a legal document) and why he has never ben dealt with before and ya allow this type of thing to take place


i used to train em and then when i pissed off the contract manager for westminster he made me a fookign traffic warden to teach me to shut up and not tell the africans,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, sorry trainee wardens to issue from behind the car, fill in the pocket book first then issue the ticket ( legally they have to do that btw ) and so they moved me out

was the highest payed warden though and i made ssure people knew it, also was the lowest ticket writer they ever had and mad a few of the guys follow suit

i loved being a warden, was very well know in the westend too


then i got the hump when they tried to transfer me to brixton , the idea made me ill , so ill i took 8 months off sick on full pay before i quit

westminster contract is to issue 1200 tickets per day per 4 bases, thats 4800 tickets per day and that aint allowing for vda's as westminster dont follow them upo ( post em to ya )

thats alot of 50 quid fines per day aint it

2 years ago jsut over a million tickets was payed on time, that never included the clamps, removal fees and the late payers

oh and only 1 % appeal them and tbh most people can get off em if ya know how ( if ya get me on msn ill tell ya a few , there all soo fucking easy but people dont think of em and so they dont use em

Well a mate of mine is on the front of the local paper today for unpaid parking fines totaling over 2100quid

my unpaid ticket came to 700 quid, ya cant get arrested for parking offences as its a civil law, the worst they can do is send a baliff round, the worst you can do is not be home, then all they do is search for ya car, put it on the hiyab and when ya refuse to open the door and say ya will never take me alive tosser, he relplies

no probs matey, talk ya time, its a 43 bus that takes ya to the pound, when ya decide where ya find the money ya can have ya car back, oh sorry the bills gone up by 105 quid for towing ya car and is a further 30 quid per day

oh dont worry about opening the door now mate, its on the van already, ill have a cuppa for ya at the pound matey

unless ya like me and have a garage and then ya can tell em feel free to take it

ya sure ya mate aint done a real crime and trying to hide it
