most of the people who complain about stuff like this have NO idea of the cost and effort involved in keeping something like this going.
as an example, i help administer quite a few SQL servers... theres a team of 5 of us and its difficult just to provide 90% uptime between 8 and 6!!!! its NOT an easy job. add ontop of that youve only got one person (pet) looking after it, p[lus youve got all the PHP styuff ontop, plus the comms issues with a public internet site that has such HUGE traffic...
im surprised he can get the sodding thing up and running as often as it is!!!!
as someone who understands the backend side of things, i think pet is doing an AMAZING job. especially for such little pay... we are charged out to the client at 600quid a day, x5, so that's 3K a DAY we ask for to support the fookin things, not including hardware costs etc. pf dont even clear that a YEAR

I think the problem comes from Ginge's foooken essay's. word wise, he must have the same amount as everyone else put together

Seriously some of you people need to get a life 
1, Simply click the start button at the bottom left of your screen
2 , At the bottom of the menu thats just popped up there will be an option to " Turn Off Computer "
3 , FFS Click that option , go outside and introduce yourself to the real world
