350 on the front and 250 on the rear for road use IMO
what fookin roads do you drive on they come with 225 rears, and theyre sold as feck!
i run 300 front and 150 rear... and i want to take the fronts down a little bit. with those spring rates the car still feels a LOT stiffer than with konis ive had in the past

If you run these and say that they are stiff with 300/150 did you choose the spring rates when ordering??
Thanks pal

i just ordered em n didnt know naff all about spring rates... they wer WAY too hard
only way you could drive the car without giving yourself a neck injury was to turn the damping rates down to the lowest setting and set high rideheight, then it was just walloyy and stiff
after some discussion on here i bought the 150 rears off of mike R... transformed the car, its now a million times nicer to drive.
front's still a bit stiff, but ive got a siezed shock so need to get that replaced under warranty before i look at changeing the spring rates on the front.
just to make you think, IIRC martin Hadland (silly quick esccos) ran 180lb rears on his TRACK car... now you're telling me you wanna take a car with 250s down a country lane?
ps i could be wrong abotu the MH thing, but you get my point
