i just ordered em n didnt know naff all about spring rates... they wer WAY too hard
only way you could drive the car without giving yourself a neck injury was to turn the damping rates down to the lowest setting and set high rideheight, then it was just walloyy and stiff
after some discussion on here i bought the 150 rears off of mike R... transformed the car, its now a million times nicer to drive.
front's still a bit stiff, but ive got a siezed shock so need to get that replaced under warranty before i look at changeing the spring rates on the front.
just to make you think, IIRC martin Hadland (silly quick esccos) ran 180lb rears on his TRACK car... now you're telling me you wanna take a car with 250s down a country lane?
