Ive got an escort RST with a 2,5" mongoose exhaust and a 4" roll out tail pipe.

Now you might think im a wuss, but im getting fucking irritated by the damn NOISE the exhaust makes above 4500 rpm...

My car has about 200bhp, so a big exhaust is pretty necessary...
what are my options here ? is there a nice tailpipe that will reduce the noise and still give my turbo a good back-pressure ?

If its the noise of the exhaust inside your RST thats bothering you, then you could buy some sound deadening material such as Dynamat, brown bread, or Brown Brothers cheapo stuff.

This will also help make low profile tyre road noise dissapear, cure ratlles as well as making your car stereo sound shiteloads better!

Kill many, many birds with one stone!

Or you could buy another exhaust!

I know what i'd rather choose!

 

Swap it for the Magnex - mine was nice and deep and not too noisy really
