i designed a auction style website for a company that sells stamps to stamp collectors
the spec was gay and thought up by 80 year olds but that wasnt the problem
the problem was they were competing with ebay
i took the £32k they payed me and left

The website doesnt charge you to sell your stuff Craig,
Ebay charge you about £24 all told when you complete a sale
Auto Trader and Exchange and Mart are around the same mark.
When it does start charging it will only be £2,50 to feature your car on the home page
In essence we wont be competing with Ebay - They cant compete with a free service
£32,000 Wow hope you didnt spend it ll at once
