Check out this little beauty
Sorry, i know its not a car....but a house in france (We buy and sell them)
Just thought i would get some opinions on this little cottage
I think its like something out of a fairy tale, and apparently its going cheap, which is nice.
Nice bit of land with a stunning view aswell I'd love to move out there, but the places we get are in the middle of nowhere

You have a website my man? We're thinking of moving out there one day, but would prefer Spain, you deal in Spanish property, especially ones with a lake or lakes attached?

We've not got a website, not had a need for it really, Ebay generates more than enough interest in our properties. But seeing as we are starting a new venture selling houses on commision for french estate agents i might just build one.
The market has increased 40% in the last 2 years with british buying houses in france because of those fucking TV programes that document every aspect of buying in france
But we have contacts that are unknown to the media, and we keep well in contact with the Mayor of each village we buy in, and being french, that helps a lot. Just got for a coffee with the Mayor and he'll sign an agricultural barn over to residential with planning permission
Spain is also infested with media people telling the world about cheap houses, so we won't be doing spain i'm afraid

Interesting stuff Spence so you're French eh, guess that helps in the business lol. Shame you won't be doing Spain, but i will make a note of your profile/name and check back occasionally ok, might be a while b4 we're ready yet though, however if the right property came up then who knows what we might do lol
Interesting barn that one, what a fabulous project for some holiday Lets/B&B, and only £20,000 at the moment, bet it goes for a damn site more than that!!
