Take the cd player out of the dash, open the top of the cd player & push the cd back out through the slot

Take the unit out and unplug the power for a minute or two and then plug it back in, worth a go.

not sure it's that easy to just push the cd out, I had a scrap cd player a few years ago with a cd stuck in it and I'm pretty sure I butchered it to get it out

James - you have to lift the cd up slightly before you push it out

This was an old pioneer (iirc) cd player and it had some sort of device that came down and held the cd in place in the centre to stop it jumping I presume. It was a while ago but I'm pretty sure it was a bit of a pull apart job.

Sounds like you're talking about a Ford stereo now though?

Try reseting as said. If it don't give it back take it out and use a hammer. Make you feel better as well

Mind you knowing some of the dodgy stuff you girlies listen too it may be better to just leave it in there
