It all depends on how it drives and what you want it for.
There isnt a set rideheight I would say.
For track you will want it slightly lower than the road and you will want to adjust the dampening to a stiffer setting too.
What set up are you using.?
Coilovers or sports kit?
You need to drive it and feel the difference as you change the settings.

As a rule of thumb if its a 4x4 you dont want to drop more than 25 mm due to std drive shaft issues if you go too low and with the 2wd maybe a 35-40 mm drop will be suitable on 18's.
Some people slam the 2wd cars but handling will go out the window if it goes too low in my opinion.
