How much does a YB weigh!?

How much does a dry YB engine weigh!?

No manifolds, mounts, sensors or ancillaries!

just complete block, head & sump!

Or put it on a see-saw at the playground, and get a few of your mates to balance it out.

Then weigh each of your mates, total the amount, and there's your answer!

block is about 40kg
crank is 16kg
head is 22kg
cams are 7kg
rocker cover about 4kg
pistons and rods are about 8kg
oil pump about 2kg
jack shaft 1kg
front pulley 2kg
sump about 10kg (2wd)
