Default Dump Valve Question...

I'm replacing the Diaphragm in my dump valve but can some kind person tell me in what order it goes back together because when I've put it back together I got no dump just the chatter noise

I've got this type of Dump Valve :-

http://www.motorsport-developments.c...Dumprubber.jpg

If I'm right then the diaphragm sits on the bottom with the cup in it and then the spring sits in the cup and then the top half of the dump valve case goes on that am I right

The only other thing is my DV has screws on either side now I take it i screw em as tight as they will do or leave some slack?

cheers for any info
