LOL Bill, as for the Focus being chipped thats a loud of bull. 
Hybrid Bly if it was one of the ANPR Unit in the Focus then their remit is to read number plates so theys like to see everybod with normal plates as there easier to read with the puter.
Dont worry about the exhaust, mine is much worse x4.

We`ve got it easy in Liverpool as most of the dibble are petrol heads as well so there just as likely to have a modded motor as you are,so as long as your not blatantly taking the piss they leave you alone...
They tend to hammer all the chavs and uninsured cocks drivin shitholes so if you`ve got a nice modded car you`re pretty safe...

plod wouldnt be able to tell if its too load unless they had the equipment with them to test it. when you have an sva test they set up a sound meter 1 metre away from exhaust then hold revs at around 3000 as long as its no louder than 101db its a pass

Just to set the record straight the plates werent exactly swirly lol, i cant stand chav plates.They had a silver backing with standard black lettering, i think the law should be changed cos there easier to read than the yellow ones and alot more reflective, gunna leave em on till sunday then get a normal one and throw it in the boot
