Default What are the differences between early and late Focus RS'?

I heard the later ones had some revisions, is this true?

If so what changed? And are the later ones better?

Thanks

Not really any different. There's a few spec changes...

Some have colour coded door handles
2 different maps (AE or AF)
Newer ones have better front seat bases to stop a sagging problem (was also a recall/warranty upgrade on older ones)
Some had 'START' written around the starter button.

Thats about it, nothing major at all.

Nope mate. If looking for one then just go for the best condition/looked after/low mileage one you can find. The new/modded seat bases are a must really as not many dealers will do the upgrade if you're not the first owner AND if not within the car's first year. The old ones are just a flat with no lines across the material (left to right) and are likely to have sagged by now. The modded ones have an extra 'contour' put in the seat with a stitched line running across (from left to right).
