Default Leaking P/S rack, where do i stand, please read

i bought a recon p/s rack in jan, and fitted it. and its been leaking badly for the last few days and i thought it would be the seals on the pipes that go in and out of it. but its not,

its leaking from the drivers side slider thing that moves the wheel, if you press the gaitor fluid oozes out.

and it been tracking down the subframe, and dripping onto the near side wheel, and it also covered the inside of the n/s brake disc, and now the car pulls right under braking cos the left front aint woerking as well as it should.

i am going to ring the place i bought it from to try and get another rack, but will i be able to claim for the brake discs and pads? they are ford esc cos discs and ferodo ds2500 pads, all in about £210 worth and they are not very old.

as they way i see it, oil on your brakes and they are fukked? or will they be ok if i clean them off properly??

cheers for any replies
