Also... I'm after a 3.18 rear diff hopefully in 7 1/2" casting.? ... Anyone??

Woo Hoo. People replying!
Hoping to have it on the road by Christmas
It's Take 2 of my RSV8.
Take 1 got sold last year and ballsed up by some muppet. It was ok 280hp from a 3.5 rover with 4.2 crank but engine was old design and body was past it so terrar!
Also... I like the back of sapphys over 3 doors, so Sapphy with a rs500 front it is.
Now using 4.6 stage 1 v8 from Rpi engineering with 2 t3's@ 12psi. Did toy with and try to shoe horn a 360 mopar with a 3 speed sprint box in but weight was an issue (4 men to lift). Need to keep it light with ally lump.
I'll post more pics with progress

Chris,
have you spoke to "stevieturbo" from the V8 forum
http://www.v-8.org.uk/forum/
He was running until recently a VERY quick 4.6 twin turbo in a Mk2 Granada and knows some of the pitfalls. He has now changed to a supercharged LS1 motor
