are they the same and interchangable?

not te same (different ratio's apparently) but they are interchangeable(apparently)

ratios the same, box differant as it boults onto a v6

the mt75 has a built in bell housing correct?

well the pinto block and the 2.9 block are different sizes so no go, thats why a T5 will not fit a 24v with out a adaptor plate.

internaly they are the same so about 350 to 400 bhp is the limit, but one will not fit the other

A 2.0 xr4x4 box will fit straight into a cossie, not sure on the ratios but they dont seem that different as i had one in my escos.

4X4 STE is right a 2.0 will fit a OK, but not a 2.9
