went out for some games o pool at me local last night as legs feelin better went without crutches 
came to kickin out time was steemin went to the bog came out bang leg went colapsed 
thier i sat for 10 min wiffin piss till the landlord came to rescue me thank fook i had your brace on mate or i recon itd be fooked again

take it easy mate and get all the others to buy drinks - you should not have to get up, just sit and drink 
Glad you got the brace on - i could never keep it on for too long as it would irratate me and felt like the blood was not flowing through

pmsl never will i piss standing again aye its feelin abit better but i did abit of research on my surgery seems the plc op is rare as fuck deals with an area classed as uncharted so rehab info is non existant seems im a gini pig if thats gone dont think they will atempt it again i now know why a was on the slab for 5 hrs rispec to the surgeon for doin it tho, so it was pcl and plc i had done educateing myself as these coonts tell ya nowt
i was wearin it without the kevlar inserts thier kool but i have 3 bolts in 1 side and rubs abit it,ll be kool im sure jus caught me unawares wank wen the give without warnin init get yasel down soon pal

i know what you mean - when i had my first knee op they told me it was a new procedure from USA 
more like the fooker didnt have a clue
my knee gave way plenty of times mate - think ur better get used to it people thought i was pissed
I will have a look and see if i can find that elastic band thingy
Will try and make a trip up soon, even if it is a day trip

yes mate - leg went all the way 
fookin hurt too.
They said to me about my leg but you have to keep exercising it and really push yourself.
I used to have tears running down my face as i would push myself very hard so i could get that extra movement. It seemed to have worked altho my leg still isnt 100% right and it never will be
