for a 50k investment id expect a better return than 75k turnover

 

i think thats a good price tbh, thought that a business is worth 4 years profit tbh

as 1 years profit you could employ a guy for 30k a year and still make loads of cash

i still think the most sucessfull business is drugs and ya make soooo many savings on not paying loads of tax and can be unemployed so also get ya rent/council tax payed for ya


my mates old man used to set up the sunrise raves ( most are gonna be too young as i was 13 to 14 when he was doing it ) he used to pick me and me mate up on a week day to take us out in his porsche carrera 4 on a G plate that was almost new !!!!!!, blinging with more gold than even i got ,park up on a double yellow line outside the jobcentre ( back in traffic warden days too) sign on and he was always fooking late too and that was JUST to stay legal and would spend that on our pizza hut and then take us out for the day


ahhhhhh the good old days, when we was 20 my mate whos a year younger used to borrow his dads brand new 7 series bmw with leathers,climate control dimming lights and heaters in the back seat ( try to rememebr back in them days the best car we drove was me mates brand new M reg 1.4 escort or my turbo orion and that was a shed as it was a D plate ) and drive round the country and london and we never ever got a tug, we done it for about 6 months and then me mate crashed it alittle adn so he parked it up and when his old man got back from australia ( he lives there 6 months a year as hes business is sold and makes his money there ect) and when hes old mans mate pops over to borrow it never noticed and wrote it off


now hes for a ferrari maranello in a light bluey colour thats the absolute tits but puts it in storage as he trust his son not to drive his car then as he never had a licence but now hes got a licence he recons he might me stupid eniough to test drive it the once


if he new though he would kick the living shit out of him, hes a nasty bastard when hes got the hump and we are all still scared of him, only cause he headbutted me mate when he cracked his 2 front teeth when we was drunk falling over men at work warning sign

 

oh forgot to add he also bankrupted his own son at 19 when he was doing the "havin it in ibiza" and "havin it house classics" was loosing money so handed it over to his son to take control and robbed it till skint a year later

I am thinking so much where to put my cash , i already run a business but dont really need to invest in it at the moment to be honest, as i have jsut done so begining of the year.

Bank statements came in today and ideas have been flowing through my head all morning. Property was always what i wanted to get into but there must be something else that i would like to get involved with , or anything that makes mega money.

depends what investmant and what risk ya wnna take and how much involvment


property is nice as ya pay commision for estate agents only so ya propertys deffo get rented out and then the cash just gets sent and ocasionally ya get a central heating prob or electric prob that ya speak to tiff on msn how to bodge and then ya ingore em again till then move out

im toying with the idea of opening a shop that ive been thinking about for years but its not a great return as such BUT only requires a 15k invesment max and then ya get a decent income from it but ya wont me a millionare unless ya work ya bollocks off and open a few shops

Theres plots being sold in Dubai on the false island starting at Ł20k, they are that cheap because the development is that big they cant sell all the plots, plus you could say you have an apartment in the same area as the likes of Beckham, Tom Cruise, The dude from Coldplay etc.

The Internet and PC geeky things made some people rich quickish in the 90's.

Theres nowt that really stands out in my eyes as a chance to make a million for your average person, your lookin at specialised jobs for that.

 

there has to be lots of things you can do to get closer to the 1 mil mark quickish

 

im sure thats been done and had its day though now

theres a few people that email me from nigeria with some good investment ideas

Maybe, but within the law, for the average person with no specialist qualifications.
Start looking at specialist jobs and you lose at least 2 years with college/training etc.

 

Nah wouldnt go for a job to be honest, i run a business that roughly turns over 500k a year , and profits from that are good, but theres something missing from it, i want to do something else , hence why we are taking about investments, not getting quals, training and slaving away for someone

 

so ya need money to make money is what ya proving hence why theres lots of ways to do it because only people with money can and usually are not interested as they have enough money and stress


why not buy a night club, good investement and fun job and can have it a youth club for the kids on a week night and also bingo too for a bit of satisfaction and feel of looking after the comunity too

 

Yeh i wouldnt talk about investments unless i had something to invest

Nighcubs are good, but not anywhere close to me, 2 are currently for sale in my town , but i wouldnt touch them and there is no others around at the moment to be honest
