if you have an item for sale on ebay with no reserve and it sells why is it telling me the item is eligible for a second chance offer, i understand what the s.c.o. means but why is it telling me this? its never done that to me before, anyone know???

Yep there as a back-up in case the sale doesn't go through for whatever reason or you have more than 1 item the same

 

no items are the same and i was selling 24 items, got s.c.o. available on 22 of them wtf???
