You need to do an access to social work course m8, that is if you dont have the revelant qualifications to go on to uni to study it.

This is what im doing in september, but the councilling side. I want to teach it in the end. My aunt did the same route as this 5 years ago and now teaches at various uni's.

Scoial work yuck!

Ginge u will find u might need a Qualification/traning for it etc. Why not stay in same job and get a day of a week to study a course? Ie only work 4 days a week or is that not an option cos of Ł? Maybe there is some grants out there to help? Worth talking to some peeps to find out whats out there to help you mate.

rhys i cant as i quit my job last week as the general manager is a 2 faced lying wanker so instead of dealing with the tosser anymore i quit my job

ive been looking at jobs i can do that i will wanna stick to and i can get a form of satisfaction and wanna do training for it as i got enugh casj to servive hopfully for 2 months so i need to find a quick training course

also got other ideas going on in me head but i need a decent career that i can fall back on if i go another route

dont wanna go back to this position again tbh and i wont get a management job/decent retail job now as i wont get a reference off the manager as i sort of had a moment of regret with him

actually i dont regret it as i felt soooo much better, just got to find a job before me flat get reposesed

what bout working in a childrens home, i can be very hard work with all there different behaviour but at the same time rewarding to see a change in them

but then not always you will be able to help them

ive worked with kids aged 11/17 for after 6 years now and 3 of that being a manager of the home and do enjoy my job.

but at time very stressful

My mate worked for a Children's Home called The Children's Trust in Tadworth or there's the Opheus Trust which was set up by Richard Stilgoe. It's homes for children with severe disabilities. It has totally changed my friend and she found it so rewarding that she has quit Uni to go down that route. The good thing about it is you can work there whilst getting qualifications. I think you might have to go to college 1 day a week or something but at the end of the day you will get a qualification out of it and be earning at the same time. Reading your previous posts I think you'll find that you can't actually get a qualification (like you want) in 2 months, it's not that simple and it's the wrong time of year too, sorry.

Good luck tho!!
