Someone has won an item i listed on ebay but they are from france , how do they go on about paying for the item in pounds sterling and will i recieve the money in pounds ? is there any charge for this sort of payment ? and what are the postage costs like to france ? and who do i send the item with?

What is the item as this will help with advising you who to send it with!
Do you use Paypal? If so this is the best/quickest way for them to pay you. If not a bank transfer.

The buyer can send you money in U.k pounds via Paypal.

Rather a delicate item to send though I have never had a problem with Parcel Force for sending stuff both here and overseas so they would be my 1st port of call! You can get a price online off their web site www.parcelforce.co.uk

Make sure its insured when sent, so that when it arrives smashed you can claim.
Get the buyer to pay the extra for insurance as you had stated delivery U.K.
Or for the buyer to accept the risk without.
