The RS1600i is a fantastic car, and if all you have listed is true its a bargain, be beware, these cars can have some seriously niggly problems.
Is it still running on twin coils? If it is you want to see it start from cold as well as once its warmed up.
Check all round the battery tray area, this was a particularly weak spot for these cars. Make sure all electrics still work (inside and out). All normal rot places, sills inner wings, boot lid - sides and inner rim etc....
The tyres they originally came with are pretty cack imo so they're not really a selling point
Additional thing to look out for is if the exhaust go up over the rear axle?
If all checks out ok you could be on to a real bargain, and a real fun little car, I loved mine to bits, but it was a mare keeping mine on the road as I used it every day and parts were very hard to source. If you need any advise a good person to speak to is Tony Fuller (RS16i Registrar) he is very helpful and very knowledgable
