My trusty RST is looking a bit worse for wears at the moment and needs tidying up. It needs the following sorting.

Rear bumper painting due to car park scrapes
Roof painting due to small white blisters.
Small patch of rust on scuttle panel (5p piece sized)
N/S rear arch section replacing (tin worm)
Repaint bonnet due to mupet sister sliding paint tin down it

How much do you think I will need to save to have this done?

I don't want the car to be concourse as I would be afraid to use it, which was the whole point in building it. Just want to be able to park it on the club stand without feeling embarrased.

I got new sills, new replacement rear arches and a full respray.. windows out the lot. Cost 1500 quid.. As a guide this might help.

Have you thought about giving it to cossiephil from fordsport? he did that ecossie of his, bobs escort and he is going to be doing bazzas soon

Quite cheap to from what I hear, and looking at that cossie, damn fine job too

i just had bonnet,rear bumper and under the wing mirrors done for Ł200 quid so i would have thought maybe 500 quid mate

I'd love to know this as I've got a very good condition S2 but I want it to be perfect, no panels need replacing or rust treating just a rub down and respray, what would I be looking at for a decent spray job?

for Sassys fiesta, to strip the car, weld new doors on, replace bonnet & tailgate (new parts) replace one arch, repair the other, replace the rear part of one sill, cavity wax & paint the whole car & refit it all was quoated at Ł3000 +parts.

for a quick blow over it was about Ł1200.
