i recently bid for a 550 bhp engine on e bay, i didnt win,in fact i was 2k short of the selling price lol.today i recived a second chance offer to buy this engine from a different email addy and i know that this engine has been sold addy of this rip off merchant is jothasike@aol.com. but it did look like it genuinely came via ebay feel free to mail him some abuse if your bored lol

 

ebay is a joke at the mo i have a problem with a prick on there have given him till thursday till i name and shame

 

Would anybody have any reservations about buying a modified car off Ebay or is it safe enough?

I have always been dubious and would prefer to buy off word of mouth or mates or forums.

99% of sellers will let you check it out thouroughly beforehand just as you would any car

Report the above scam to Ebay if your sure its not genuine. They won't do anything until the police get involved tho'
