Default Polybush info needed please

I was given these from the bloke who i brought the car off and only just remembered i had them!

Afew questions...

Where are they for? (I think he said the front of the car)
How easy are they to fit (without a ramp, only got trolley jack)
How much difference would they make?

Cheers

Thats a front end set

They improve turn in and make the car more stable under heavy braking. I'd fit them if I were you - they made a good difference to my car
