You can do this on your own. It's some work involved but it's not THAT hard.
Take all the windows and door/tailgate seals out. The headlining is glued to the/over the edges of the body. When you start to remove it, the old material probably will just crumble or at least tear into pieces. You'll soon see the rods, just turn them around (180°) to loosen the headlining. You can use your old one as a blueprint for a new one.

face book m8 somebody around your area who does vehicle upolstery especialy classic stuff. i served my time at ford main dealer in the 80s and i think not sure but i think the sierra was the first non rod type. the cortinas escorts and the like that was before is the same as yours anyone who does this kind of work that is fifty five years old plus will have fitted many of them. there not that bad to start with look for the small holes where the sun viser screws go through and the front interior light hole you now thats the front you will no if its upside down pull the rods back to keep everthing taught there a pain in fuking ass but not impossible
