You can do this on your own. It's some work involved but it's not THAT hard.

Take all the windows and door/tailgate seals out. The headlining is glued to the/over the edges of the body. When you start to remove it, the old material probably will just crumble or at least tear into pieces. You'll soon see the rods, just turn them around (180°) to loosen the headlining. You can use your old one as a blueprint for a new one.
