Default What are these objects?

Hello peeps, I would like some help identifying these objects on a ford fiesta mk6 engine. If you can help, that would be awesome and you would be doing your bit in the helping to make a project with adding a supercharger to an engine come into fruition
, oh thank you muchly

What is hole A?

:Does it contain a tap within, can it be used to put a threaded bolt into it?

:If it has no thread within can it be tapped with a tap, to be able to fix a bolt to it?

What is the part B?

:Self explanatory title here, what is the specific part? Is it the power steering pump?

:If you know what the part is can you give an oem part number for this please, so I can check just how it fixes to the rear of the engine block?

Hole A could be for an idler that might be fitted to other engines but I wouldn't worry about it too much. It looks like your auxiliary belts are the stretch belt type so they don't need a idler/tensioner.

Part B looks like a power steering pump to me.

Hello Glenn thanks for the reply. Would you think that the hole A could contain a thread so I can use it as a bolt hole to bolt a bracket onto?

I would of thought so. If not its only Alloy so it should be easy to tap a thread into it.
