Hey all.. recently decided to convert my automatic sierra to a manual, know the basics etc and whats needed ... got my gearbox and is on the process or sorcing the rest..
has anybody on here done this or ahas anyone any tips for me

I have a 2006 GMC Sierra 1500 Z71 4x4 ext taxi I'm changing over to AWD. I have requested the NV-149 exchange and front differential out of a 2005 Cadillac Escalade with the drive shafts. Likewise the LQ9 6.0, Yet that is another point for one more day. What I need assistance with is, is there something beyond exchanging the exchange and front diff? is there a PC or a wire tackle that should be added or traded? is there PC programming required after the trade? Any assistance is valued.
