Question Ford Mondeo MK4 folding mirrors (one isn't)

Hi, I have bought a MK4 Mondeo Titanium X, and love it, although one of the issues is the folding mirrors on locking. The drivers side mirror folds when the car is locked ok, but the N/S mirror doesn't fold, are there any common issues that would cause this? (I did search for it, but cant find anything on here regarding one mirror not folding).
Cheers

Might just be a faulty door mirror. I would be checking to see if your getting power to the folding door mirror.

I'm wondering if you could take the drivers door mirror off and plug it into the passenger side to see if it is a door mirror fault.

The mirror has power for moving the glass, and that works fine, it just doesn't fold. Thought it might have been a common easy fix.

I would do wot glen said . Just because the glass moves does not mean the mirror will as it won't be sharing the same power supply . To be onist the best way is to use a volt probe I use one all the time fantastic bit of kit
