Hello All

I have a 1990 Mk4 Escort. The radio has 4 lines that aren't flashing so I can't input the 3 digit code I have. Does anybody know how to reset or unlock the radio? before I take it out and try the freezer method?

Have you tried disconnecting the battery (or just unplugging the radio) for a decent amount of time (+24hrs). Its an old design, the security is probably somewhat lacking on the lock-out memory side
