Default anyone know how to stop wiper blades from squeaking?

It`s doing my head in now, 3 sets in 2 months, properly cleaned the glass etc, got some on friday, now squeaking like a mouse again....

ok cheers will try that in a sec, dosent matter how wet the screen is, still squeaks, only thing that stopped it last night was a cupful of water with washing up liquid in, stopped it then started again, next day..



ok just tried pure white vinegar erm sort of quietened a little bit, cheers i`ll see how it goes..

You cleaned the actual blades with a drop of washing up liquid on a paper cloth ..?

some 10w40 synthetic mobil 1 engine oil should do the trick. make sure its fully synthetic though

Yes i have wiped them mat...i do just wipe em from time to time anyway, all the black crap that comes off em..

hehe fuzzy you nutter, smear vision city doing that..

and for now the noise has stopped with vinegar so thanks for that..

decontaminate the glass and clay bar ..then apply some Angelwax H2Go.

yeah it still is, fingers crossed, could of saved the other 2 sets of wiper if i knew this...
