some one won my auction - agreed to some me the money through something called bidpay then last minute said by the way i want you to post it to nigeria! and after i told him where to go he said hes reported me to the FBI!! 
im so scared i dont know what to do!

so many funny stories than come off ebay .................. but its going to cost me another Ł3 to relist! 
and theres nothing to stop it happening again!

just relisted and got another scammer ending it early!!

File a none paying bidder report/final value fee refund and you will get all your expenses returned. It is a pain in the ass as your have to go by eBays timescale.
I had one toolmuncher try the I pay you double the final price and you return balance of funds then send the goods to Umbongoland scam and I contacted eBay direct to voice my concerns and they dealt with it immediately. It turned out the ebay account had been hijacked.

99% of financial dealings with Nigeria on the net are a scam. I lived there for 2 years it is an unbelievable place, people have lost millions there over the years. Failure to pay ebay is a civil case, no law enforcement agency would be interested. We would have to pay bribes almost every day when we worked there, there was even a column for it on our expences sheet ! forget about it you had a lucky escape.
