Helix or any clutch supplier should be able to sort you a disc in any spline really.

Just tell them diameter and thickness required, and material/application.

It's just a clutch disc

http://www.helix-autosport.com/produ...poke-products/

Price will depend on the type of disc you want etc.

But you'd need to find out exactly what size you need, thickness, material etc to suit your input spline.

Some BMW's run a 10 spline, and lots seem to be 240mm diameter, same as a Cossie. But whether that spline diameter is the same as yours I dont know. Googling would suggest BMW might be a little larger.
The US Ford clutches that would use that spline all seem to be larger diameter maybe around 265mm ( 10.5" )

So really a clutch disc could be as cheap as any generic OEM replacement disc or a lot more for something fancier. Just depends what you need.

Yup, Ł289 at Reyland, no messing around:

Cosworth 2wd With Tremec TKO Clutch Plate

Srung paddle clutch plate with the correct spline for use with Tremec TKO600 gearbox conversions using your original or uprated clutch cover. Ok for upto 375hp with a standard cover or in excess of 550hp when used in conjunction with our uprated cover. 5 or 6 paddle available.

240mm diameter (same as std Cosworth)
Works fine with standard or uprated clutch cover

Reyland need a profit in the product but, of course, if you can solve it cheaper without getting it wrong then go direct.

Absolutely, and it does depend on exact spec of disc.

Again, taking note that not all clutch discs are the same thickness....here is a simple off the shelf organic plate, 9.5" and 10 spline that should work.
