Well i've done it, put the House on the open market!
And now im scared sh1tless 
I've advertised it privately for just over a week and realised I really dont have the time and energy to do that, so I signed up to a 4-week sole agent agreement this afternoon.
They have people viewing this afternoon already and reckon it'll sell within the first week.
Hope my mate was serious when she said I could live with her until I find the house I want to buy next

Rich, I dont mess about, if I decide to do something I do it asap before I change my mind, plus the most recent lodger moved out last week
