I needed a simple 90 degree -6 swivel, went online to speedflow and saw they were around £12. I have always had good service from them.
I spotted that the post and packing was a standard flat £8.50 and thought....should I add a message to payment to say "bit steep for an envelope and recorded delivery" but though better of it as I know her Ex has been giving her a very hard time so left it.
Out of the blue today I received a refund of £4.60 without asking which is the cost difference. What a lovely company eh?
