Can anyone shed any light?

I was down a popular cruisin scence last night in Notts.. and there was a White Escort Cabrio Turbo.. now..

when he accelerated.. the turbo wound up.. and spun.. you could hear it miles off.. anyways when he let off the accelerater.. there wasnt no Dumpvalve.. it was more like Air been sucked in or something.. if anyone has seen Redline -RENTONS- BMW in sitting there and been revved.. its EXACTLY like that.. basically it sounds like air is been sucked in and dragged.. its hard to explain.. im just wanting to know what product was making this happen.. thanks people

yeah sounded like a mean induction rush been stopped.. and started again.. ill try and find a video clip of it happening.. to show you what i mean..

Right.. ok.. what cone filter would u suggest? A normal brand or the Viper?.. i was tryin my hardest to find what he was running.. but i know for a fact there wasnt any Dumpvalve.. is this 'chatter' bad for the engine? it does sound fcukin amazing when the loud pedal is pressed

i just realised what i said lol.. sorry.. the taipen i was on about make glowplugs for radio controlled cars

anyways.. i think i might have to order a viper..
