That has had some serious abuse to break that!! The T5 is one hell of a strong box and I have never heard of one failing big time like that!!

Don't know, was launching and then bang. Maybe wasn't warmed up enough, who knows. This one is still holding up anyway

It all happened very quickly . I was driving in second gear and the wheels got in the pits . Was cut-off at about 8500, and wheels to slip and then it happened . How much torque and grip do you have. There not know as strong box's if you have high torque

500nm is not a great deal to be fair. 500lb-ft and more from low rpm is what breaks stuff but there not the strongest of box's lots of people break them
