Problem:
Rs turbo won't rev?

Thought it was gonna be something simple but I'm running out of ideas & this is bad for me as I'm known for my Rs knowledge

Anyway I'll attach a video but basically it will start & idle
Appears to be overfueling on idle (black plugs etc)
As soon as u try rev it it cuts out like no fuel, sometimes u can get it to rev a little but pops & bangs out the exhaust

Changed:
Metering unit x2
Coolant sensor under inlet
Fuel pump
Coil
Dizzy
Bridged fuel relay
Checked timing on belt
Changed both ecu's
Changed spark plugs
Changed 3 yellow relays in fuse box
Fresh fuel added

I'm starting to think I'm chasing a red herring & it has a broken wire somewhere?

Spent a good 6 hours on car now doing all the above & need some fresh ideas for the morning

Previous owner said he had changed fuel filter last week, lots of fuel at meeting unit.

All the take it to a tuner comments need not apply, I will once I have it running but it's something simple as the car was running fine 2 years ago before it was put into storage.

Fuel tank rusty inside & blocked the furl filter/metering unit & injectors

I was gonna say sounded like fuel starvation, at least it's fixed.
