How did you manage that?

Not tell them about trips to the Ring would be a good start.

Ok been looking into the Primary Designs exhaust and im not sure great system but check out April 2005 Performance Ford (white rs500) page 37 the tailpipe is a pee shooter 70mm now Im not after a drain pipe but escort 1.3 exhaust pipe aint my thang either it just looks so dinky think i need to sleep on I hate messing peeps about but not sure im gonna be happy with a pee shooter

compare it to this milltek http://www.torquesteer.co.uk/store/i...0319062429.jpg

Rich, the Ring sticker on my boot is a bit of a give away! They know about my trips but we're very friendly with our dealers! I got the discs+pads, as (on the way to the Ring) a bit of pad broke off + got trapped between the disc/pad, the disc got hot and warped slightly.

Kev, the Miltek is supposed to be the Don, I'm more than happy with my Mongoose though, can't really see the different system's giving much different power results. The Primary Design's supposed to be a lovely piece of kit too. As for Ford, depends on your dealer, they told me the 'first owner and under 18 months rule' but through knowing the dealer I've had the following....

New seat bases
New clutch pedal (was excessively warn, they had to order a new pedal box so I got the brake one changed too)
Front discs + pads
Rear wheel bearing
Wiper relay

after sleeping on im gonna wait and get a milltek as im not gonna be able to live with that dinky pea shooter how ever good it is

Nath The dealer agreed there were problems its Ford who pay for the warrenty after the first year who would not take resposibility for it or sign it off what can i do after an hour arguing with both a techy and manager at ford warrenty she said any letters of complaint would go to her and she would not proceed with the claim as i bought sold as seen what else can i do dealer will not do anything with out Fords say so round and round i GO
