Long story short they ripped me of and took it back they accepted it was not right and got it so called fixed to find out they just took the car for a couple of days and did nothing amd they wont give me my money back so im having to go to court just put of curiosity with the diagnostic results how much would it cost to get right

You are well protected under U.K. Law, the dealers just need to sort it or stop being bullies. Can you explain that it must be fixed and new MOT or you will follow the legal process and make sure every social media available has lots of info written about them?

No but most people buying a car can expect an MOT, if the car has problems then as a good will gesture it would make sense to help give it a clean bill of health, it is what I would ask for.

Go to small claims then, if you push hard enough you will get what you want.

You bought a car for 500 quid with 2 months mot, you'll struggle in small claims
