Your fuel pressure is low when compared to the standard pressure.
Standard pressure is 3.5 bar (without vacuüm hose) or around 3.0 bar at idle with the hose attached.

Don't know what chip this is, but I am assuming you have the standard injectors?
Then your fuel pressure is definitely too low.

You need to take the car to a pro rather than guessing,

The chip numbers you have given are just prom numbers, nothing to do with the data on it. How can you try to tune the car or know if it is safe to "boost over 10psi" without knowing what the chip is calibrated for?

If its a std chip and you wind the boost up you WILL loose the engine, so i wouldn't go any further.

And yes the fuel pressure at 2.5 bar is way low. Another engine failure in the waiting.

L6S1-F8F2
L6 = 2wd ecu
S1 = stage 1
F8F2 = checksum

try it , but dont go mad, with nothing connected to actuator or turbo to boost control ....

drive it and if u get more than 10 psi then u can look at actuator or boost control....

if you dont get more than 10 psi then actuator is only set to max 10 psi

alot of people wont agree with driving without anything connected to actuator etc but its the only way u can test it unless u take it to a pro

Yea I have done I've shut the waste gate totally
locked it shut removed pipe and it still won't boost over 10psi
it should boost till it blows up if held or hits boost cut but obviously I would back off before that happened

Agree with you , a sure fire way to melt a piston is to over boost a standard set up. That is what the previous owner did to my 2wd Saff when I first bought it and ruined the engine.

A standard chip has a 9 psi boost limit you are more likely to damage an engine with a stage 1 chip which has no boost limit a standard map sensor and standard injectors

So this tells you that you either have a huge leak somewhere...blockage somewhere, or the turbo is knackered.

History. Has it ever ran correctly, what lead to the problem ? Does it run or sound any different ? You say it makes 10psi, and only 10psi...does it spool as it should to this figure ?

More details, intake system, exhaust ?
