Default Wossner pistons drama .

Anyone else having drama trying to get hold of a specific size piston ...I've ordered a set of 80.50.. cvh forged pistons and there saying 2months + lead time at a guess ..also been informed a few in the skyline game have been waiting since November for there's and still not received ..I've tried other makes and even thought about spending more money just to get a set of forged pistons for my build ..but looks like I'm going to have to take the wait on the chin and wait it out .as I can't seem to find anyone who stocks good forged pistons in 80.50mm

Despite what is advertised there does not appear to be any UK or Europe stock of +0.5mm CVH turbo piston other than Wiseco (it is doubtful that that size is actually available)
Why do sellers advertise what is not available ?
Matt what is the problem with using +1.0mm pistons ?

Steve is bang on ..I've tried all the other makes to be told the same ..I've messaged every dealer on eBay that advertise them to be told the same 2 month wait ..really glad I'm not stupid enough to press buy it now ..don't really want to go 1mm over mate as it's taking more meat off a nice block .

Matt,

It will not make that much difference anything up to about 82mm for a turbo, had a block bored to 86mm for a non-turbo had to move the bore centres slightly as bore wall thickness was getting a bit thin when measured

So you think going 81mm will be fine for anything between 260-300 tops mate ?
