Cool Putting together a t9 and a zetec 2.0 l

Is it possible for a ford t9 gearbox and a ford zetec 2.0l (not the se model) to be put together and what do i need

Yep they are a direct bolt together.

Tried and tested route is ..

Zetec e black or silvertop.

T9 complete with bellhousing and clutch fork.

Splash plate / Sandwich plate can be used with a bit welded on.

Starter motor is the lrs707 i.e. 2.0 dohc from a Granada/Sierra with mt75. The Pinto starter can be reused but needs a spacer.

1.8 Zetec e flywheel as it's lighter than a 2.0.

Early Mondeo clutch. Make sure it has the 220mm clutch plate with the 23 spline 1" centre.

Sump needs chopping. Black top is easier.

You can do the same with the st170 as it's just a tuned Blacktop.

I reused all the st parts. Inlet, exhaust and engine management.
