Default 168 lph @ 5 bar enough for stage 3 Cosworth (greys)

Just bought an uprated fuel pump for my escort cossie, after removing the tank/sender I found that someone has fitted a different Bosch pump & modified the sender

The pump that's fitted atm is a Bosch 0 580 254 023 fuel pump

The flow rate is 168lph @ 5 bar, I'd this enough for my stage 3 set up (greys t35)

If not I'm going to have to modify the sender set up to accept my new pump

Cheers

Yes that is fine, you have to upgrade the pump on the Escort when tuning, as the standard one is perimitive.

That won't tell you anything, as it when the pump is under load, that it cannot draw the power it needs.
