Mk1 RS strange problem
I've recently got myself a mk1 RS and love it but it's got a strange fault with it. Every time I put my blowers on and come to a stand still the car cuts out and when I turn the blowers off the car is fine lol.
Any ideas?

If you disconnect the battery for 10/15mins and then reconnect it, start the car and turn everything on: lights, fans, aircon etc and let it idle for 10/15 mins and it should relearn the idle. It may also be your MAF though as mine did similar things when it was on its way out.

Right had the alternator checked and it's all good. The car only does it once I've stopped as when I'm driving it's fine. Relay or resistor or as above said " MAF "?

To rule the maf out unplug it and if it rus fine it's the maf they run off memory when the maf is unplugged could also be an air leak too

No but there is no info on the first post about it. Only on the later posts on replying from what a garage has suspected what's wrong.
If it's a mk1 focus rs I'd say either your idle speed control valve has an issue or you've got an air leak.
