Default Converting group 4 wheels to std fitment

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to adapt alloy wheels with group 4 inserts back to normal wheel stud inserts? It's easy to find the group 4 inserts but they are using a larger dia. hole in wheel so inserts to convert back would need to be that dia.
Thanks
