Toying with the idea of a digital dash in my saff so I can link it to my ecu. But it will mean fitting an aftermarket fuel gauge. Anyone done this before. Anyone no the ohms range of the standard sender?

I used the stack dash and they can read most senders and comes with fitting instructions and a tech help line. I used after market sender though but didn't need to spec anything specific.

Im not too keen on the stack one I know it's an excellent bit of kit I just like the aim or race technology ones with the large display better. Plus I can plug it into my autronic ecu and see all the data it see's it's just silly things like warning lights and the fuel gauge I have to mess about with. So I don't really want to be fitting an after market fuel sender to my standard tank

Rod will prob have the details on the sensor as I have done a couple of dash's on Escorts,
You test max sweap of sensor for min and max then you fit to car wire up and start filling the tank 5lt at a time and make not of the reading on the dash in dia mode then fill and add data to dash when filling complete then it works.

The Aim takes minutes to do the same set up and is a great bit of kit.
